Athletic Facilities / Fitness Centers
Catanzaro Student Fitness Center
All employees can access the fitness center at the Catanzaro Student Center at no charge. The facility includes a cardio/weight room that staff can use after signing a waiver at the Center Of Student Involvement Office (CSI). Students manage and monitor the facility to help ensure safety. Fitness Center hours are subject to the academic calendar, the student hiring cycle and student-worker availability.
Brown Athletic Facilities
RISD employees can access Brown University athletic facilities at a special rate. Eligible dependents may also obtain membership at additional cost. Any RISD employee or dependent using Brown University’s athletic facilities is subject to all applicable rules, regulations, fees and operation schedules as established by Brown. Employee Assistance Program
RISD provides employees and their family members access to high-quality, reliable and confidential services through Coastline EAP, our employee assistance provider. Employees and their family members can access EAP free of charge. All services are voluntary and confidential, and cover a wide-range of items including:
- legal assistance
- financial assistance
- counseling referrals
- work/life resources
